If you are looking for an app to monitor your rides during the challenge then go to your app store and download “LOVE TO RIDE”. It is an app which maps your ride and you don’t even need to switch anything on. Your phone will recognise when you are cycling.

30-30 Facebook Page

Please look for and like our 30-30 Facebook Page and post pictures of your rides and events you are planning. Facebook page is 30/30 cycle challenge

Many regular 30/30 Cycle Challenges will tell you that giving a rode a purpose helps beat the monotony of riding every day for thirty days.

A good way of providing added interest is to try and get to as many of the Puffins which have appeared around the island. There is even an app to help you locate them. The puffins are helping to raise funds for worthy charities Autism Guernsey and the GSPCA.
