Fundraising – Paying In

For those riders who have cash or cheques to hand in from their 30/30 fundraising PLEASE bring it to Ian Brown’s Cycle Shop in a sealed envelope marked 30/30 Fundraising and please put your name on it. Please do not take it to Les Bourgs Hospice as it is about to close for some essential repairs.

Trish will be checking in with this year’s riders and their fundraising to ensure the total amount we announce on 2nd July is accurate.

Also, Trish will be contacting everyone to ask if they intend to be at the Final word Event on 2nd July in The Johnstone Suite at Les Rocquettes Hotel. All riders are invited for welcome drinks and buffet and guests too are welcome for a nominal charge of £15. Trish will e-mail all riders from next week to find out who is or is not able to attend.

Commemorative Awards are available for all registered riders. These will be available on 2nd July or after for those not able to be there. Trish will be in contact with each rider to confirm if they wish to receive one. There will be instances when couples/families/groups may just want one but we would like everyone who wants one to get it. What we will try to avoid is preparing more than is needed to save unnecessary costs and the funds remain for the Hospice
